A polysexual person is someone who is sexually and/or romantically attracted to multiple genders. Sometimes polysexuality is equated with other multisexual identities. One of the main differences between pansexual and omnisexual is that people who identify with these terms are attracted to all genders. A polysexual person, on the other hand, is not necessarily attracted to all genders, but to many genders.

The polysexual pride flag has pink, green and blue stripes. Pink represents attraction to women, green represents attraction to non-binary people and blue represents attraction to men. The polysexual flag was created by Tumblr user Tomlin in 2012. He realised that there was no flag for polysexuals to represent them. He designed the flag to be similar to the pan and bi flags, as all of these identities fall under the umbrella of multisexuality.
