Rosa Lëtzebuerg asbl proposes to hire a part-time administrative and public relations manager (m/f/x) for the opening of its Rainbow Center in Luxembourg City, which will aim to create safe spaces, raise awareness, provide training on LGBTIQ+ issues and fight against discrimination:

Chargé·e de direction (m/f/x)

full-time (40 hours/week) and of unlimited duration.

 

 

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

  • developing and implementing the service’s project and strategy in consultation with the board of directors, taking into account the objectives set and the needs of users;
  • organising and managing the service on a day-to-day basis, including administrative and budgetary management, and ensuring the quality of the service;
  • development and management of projects to create safe spaces, a cultural offer of visibility and awareness on LGBTIQ+ issues;
  • management of a multidisciplinary team of employees and volunteers;
  • collaboration with different actors and associations in the national and international LGBTIQ+ field;
  • development and implementation of training on LGBTIQ+ issues.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • have a Bachelor’s degree in the field of education or have a diploma as a graduate educator;
  • have a good command of common office tools;
  • good interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills and good diplomatic skills;
  • flexibility in working hours;
  • At least 5 years experience in the social field;
  • Knowledge of the local LGBTIQ+ community is considered an advantage;
  • Have a valid driving licence.

Gestionnaire Communauté et Projet / Educateur·trice diplômé·e (m/f/x)

part-time (20 hours/week) and of unlimited duration.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

  • development and management of projects to create safe spaces, a cultural offer of visibility and awareness raising on LGBTIQ+ issues;
  • organisation of events and campaigns;
  • welcoming users and analysing the needs of the community;
  • Providing training on LGBTIQ issues;
  • Supervision of volunteers.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • have a diploma as a qualified educator;
  • good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • flexibility in working hours;
  • at least 2 years experience in the social field;
  • knowledge of the local LGBTIQ+ community is considered an advantage;
  • have a valid driving licence.

 

Gestionnaire administratif·ve et Relations Publique(m/f/x)

part-time (20 hours/week) and of unlimited duration.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

  • telephone and physical reception;
  • processing mail and e-mails (reception, response, transmission);
  • performing administrative tasks;
  • assisting in the organisation and execution of events, campaigns, etc;
  • preparing and distributing content such as newsletters and press releases newsletters and press releases;
  • production and dissemination of content on our website and social networks;
  • writing articles and features;
  • supervision of the publication of our quarterly newspaper.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • have a secondary or technical secondary school leaving certificate;

  • good interpersonal and communication skills;

  • flexibility in working hours;

  • at least 2 years experience in the social field;

  • knowledge of the local LGBTIQ+ community is considered an advantage.

IN GENERAL :

  • All diplomas must be recognised in Luxembourg and the candidate must be in possession of the necessary ministerial authorisation to practise in Luxembourg, if applicable.
  • Fluency in Luxembourgish, French and German is desirable. English is an advantage.
